TFT LCD Department
Responding to the ascending competition in today's
Marketplace, King Tai differentiates itself from its competitors by offering a comprehensive range of products on mobile display - TFT LCD Backlight. All the TFT ICs plastic parts are manufacture by our own factory and thus, have better quality control and are more cost-effective than the others.

Building up extensive theories and practical experiences, King Tai offers a series of single chip TFT LCD Backlight to support TFT mobile display. We have an embedded source/gate driver, voltage generator and controller block support and also offer RGB interface to support fast moving pictures. These integrated single chips feature low power consumption, minimal external components and high color depth up to 262K colors. With the aid of our advanced technologies, an overall of 90% or above uniformity rate is sustained.

Supporting by our Engineering Department, we are competent to have a no-dirt workshop, an examinatin darkroom and an independent purified product line for backlight products. With the installation of advanced machinery such as Centralized Desiccant Dryers, Injection Molding Machines, EM-7/7 FAST and many others, King Tai outruns its competitors in the field of TFT LCD display.

Plastic Department
In plastic product design development module, we have a team of designers to create and excel our own brand of products. With the help of digital control mould construction machines, injection machines and other enhanced mechanical tools, our products always sustain the best quality in precision and functionality. Moreover, our sewing & brush module is equipped with evolution sewing & brush planting machines.

With all the above-mentioned machinery, we can provide a one-stop service of executing the tooling, injection & assemble of all plastic parts in our production line.
